Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the rules for using Concrete Authority's website, free concrete website template, checkout pages, and related public online materials. Concrete Authority is operated for residential concrete contractors and currently offers a free generic concrete website template and a $1,497 done-for-you website service.
By visiting this website, requesting the free template, starting checkout, or using our public materials, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request the template.
1. What These Terms Cover
These terms cover the Concrete Authority public website, lead magnet, website demo, opt-in forms, checkout links, emails related to the free template, and other public marketing materials.
These terms do not replace a separate customer agreement, order form, or checkout terms for paid website work. If you buy the done-for-you website, the specific customer agreement and checkout terms for that purchase control if there is a conflict.
2. Free Template Use
The free concrete website template is provided as a generic starting point for contractors who want to build or customize their own website. You may download it, edit it, and use it for your own concrete contracting business.
You may not resell, repackage, redistribute, publish, or claim ownership of the template as a standalone product. You may not use Concrete Authority's name, logo, branding, marketing copy, or demo materials in a way that suggests we endorse your business unless we have agreed in writing.
3. Done-For-You Website Offer
Concrete Authority's current paid offer is a $1,497 done-for-you concrete contractor website. The checkout may be handled through a Stripe payment link or another payment page connected to our CRM and payment stack.
The paid website offer is intended to provide a professionally built contractor website based on the information and materials supplied during intake. It does not automatically include live calendar booking, homeowner payment collection, deposit systems, AI receptionist services, or ongoing advertising management unless those items are specifically included in a written agreement or order.
4. Your Information And Communications
When you request the free template, start checkout, or contact us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, website, and project details. We may use that information to send the template, follow up about Concrete Authority, process a purchase, and operate the service.
We currently use third-party providers that may include GoHighLevel or another CRM, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Pages for hosting, and email delivery through our CRM stack. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, template, demo, forms, checkout, or related materials. This includes not attempting to break, scrape, copy, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You also agree not to use our materials for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. If you submit business information, images, copy, logos, or other materials to us, you are responsible for having the right to use them.
6. Intellectual Property
Concrete Authority owns or licenses the website, brand, design, copy, graphics, demos, templates, systems, and other materials we provide, except for materials that you or third parties own.
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the public website and use the free template for your own concrete contracting business as described above. No other rights are granted unless stated in a separate written agreement.
7. No Guaranteed Results
Concrete Authority builds websites and marketing assets intended to help concrete contractors look more professional and capture better estimate requests. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, booked jobs, revenue, profit, homeowner response rates, or any specific business outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, services, reputation, responsiveness, photos, reviews, advertising, competition, and follow-up.
8. Third-Party Links And Services
Our website, emails, demo, or checkout flow may link to third-party websites or services, including the Concrete Authority funnel at https://concreteauthority.dev/, Stripe checkout, Cloudflare-hosted pages, CRM pages, and other tools.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, outages, pricing changes, or content. You should review the applicable terms and policies for any third-party service you use.
9. Disclaimers
The website, free template, demo, and public materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We try to keep them accurate and useful, but we do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or suitable for every contractor or market.
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax, or business advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for complying with laws that apply to your business, advertising, website, and customer communications.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Concrete Authority and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, or lost goodwill arising from your use of the website, free template, demo, checkout, or public materials.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to the public website, free template, demo, checkout, or these terms will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Concrete Authority for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the website, offer, providers, or business changes. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or public materials after an update means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Concrete Authority primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. If a court or authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect to the fullest extent allowed by law.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact Concrete Authority through the website form, checkout follow-up, or the email address used in our communications with you.
